Returns. Upon the act of purchasing, purchaser agrees that no goods may be returned to Infinity Signs Northwest without Infinity Signs Northwest's prior written consent, and then only to the extent of the quantity and under the terms and conditions set forth in such writing. All returns must be approved by Infinity Signs Northwest in its sole discretion, and are subject to a restocking fee. Receipt of a returned merchandise authorization (RA) number does not guarantee a credit for returned merchandise.
