Returns. Upon the act of purchasing, purchaser agrees that no goods may be returned to LogosDirect Authorized Distributors without LogosDirect Authorized Distributors's prior written consent, and then only to the extent of the quantity and under the terms and conditions set forth in such writing. All returns must be approved by LogosDirect Authorized Distributors in its sole discretion, and are subject to a restocking fee. Receipt of a returned merchandise authorization (RA) number does not guarantee a credit for returned merchandise.
