FAQ
1 . How can I order less than the quantity shown?
In some cases, we can make arrangements to order less than the minimum quantity shown in our price schedule. Please contact LogosDirect to make these special arrangements.
2. Can you match my logo colors?
Yes, when you place your order online please tell us that you want to match your logo colors in the comment box associated with downloading artwork. A sales person will be in touch with you to verify the information, and this information will be noted on your art proof.
3. What happens if I wish to cancel my order?
Once you agree to our “Terms and Conditions” when placing your order and pay via credit card your order is non cancelable. However, we understand that circumstances change and if you contact us prior to your order going into production, we may be able to stop it. If the order has already been placed into production, the order will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
4. What happens once I place my order?
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive via email a New Order Confirmation outlining all of the information you used in placing your order. By signing into your account you can check the status of your orders at anytime. In addition, as your order status changes to processed, completed, shipped, etc. you will be automatically notified via email about each step along the way.
5. Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, as you place each order, you will be prompted to indicate if a gift message is appropriate. You will be allowed to key in a gift message which will be provided to the receiver when the order is delivered.
6. Can I see a sample of the product I am interested in?
Yes, for a minimal charge, we can obtain a sample. Should we have one in stock, or in our showroom display, we will send it to you charging only the shipping cost. You may return the sample within 10 business days for a full refund if you obtain a Return Authorization first. Shipping will not be refunded for the samples sent.
7. Who owns the art I supply?
By supplying the art, you are considered the owner—with all of the rights and responsibilities this involves. Should you wish that any art supplied in other than machine readable form be returned to you after the job is completed, please inform us in the comment box associated with the artwork on your order.
8. Can I use copyrighted art in my design?
In order to do so, you will have to declare that you have permission from the rightful owner of the copyright to use the text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks etc associated with the copyrighted art. We do not recommend using copyrighted materials when creating artwork unless you have full permission from the rightful owner.
9. Should I need more of the same product, how easy is it to get?
By creating your Personal Profile on the site, the system will track your previous orders automatically. It's as simple as “one click” on a previous order to activate another order for more!
10. I would like to “browse” in your site before making a final selection. Is this possible?
Once you create an account, you can create your own “Wish List” of products as you “browse” though the site. Later you can select from this list to order if you wish. Within each product you will find an “Add to Wish List” feature.
11. If I find two similar products how easy is it to compare them?
Once you create an account, you can use the “Compare Products” feature. Within each product you will find an “Add to Compare” feature. At anytime, you can select the “Compare Products” feature from the right of your screen.
12. Is it possible to show a product to someone else?
Yes, within each product there is an “email a friend” feature. This feature will send the product information to others.
13. Once I purchase a product can I provide you feedback?
Yes, the system provides in each product a “Review this Product” feature. You can write a review which will be email automatically to our product management team who will first review your comments before publishing them to the general public.
14. I really do not see the exact product I want. Can you find other products for me?
Yes, there are over 200,000 products available for purchase. No online system can contain them all. You are invited to contact our product specialists using the “Contact Us” feature at the bottom of every screen for other available products.
